Where Does It Hurt?
I'm not physically very strong by nature. In contrast tennis is a very demanding sport. By time, through several training sessions, drills and open sessions, I have gained some endurance. For example, my small injuries tend to heal quicker than before. I can run more and act fast for an average engineer guy like me.
This paragraph will be a stray from what I intended to write in this post. Bu here it goes... My tennis adventure was always aimed to interact more with people and living a healthier life as opposed to be a competition player. And of which I, so far, actually achieved. I met with great humble and good willed people.
Anyways, still after every session and before I get problems with some parts of my body (And I'm aware that I'm a little bit picky about all these...). Here's the list;
From that list, it seems that I shouldn't play any more. :) That aside, I'll probably write some exercises to strengthen these parts later one. But still it really helps applying ice for a 10-15 minutes after the sessions to problematic areas...

Anyways, still after every session and before I get problems with some parts of my body (And I'm aware that I'm a little bit picky about all these...). Here's the list;
- right arm wrist
- right lower arm muscles
- right hand fingers
- left arm elbow
- right leg knee (the back part), hip, calf and ankle
- left leg calf and ankle
- upper back (scapula)
