Volley Grip and Choke Point

A personal touch. Two things here for recreational players like me. 

To give the wrist more stability and strength, hold the racket a little bit more up. They call this choking up.

 The other thing is about the grip. Continental is the anchor grip, yes. However, for a bit more bite and strength, for forehand volleys change the grip between the bevel number 1 and number 2. And for the backhand volleys use the bevel number 3.

How long does it take to change the grip, you may ask? About 0.15 seconds.
